Parallel37 is a Seoul-based company that helps Korean beauty brands expand abroad and helps overseas buyers source beauty brands. We do it through brand consulting, export representation and our own brand portfolio. These are the answers brands and buyers ask for first.
Parallel37 offers brand consulting, cross-border trade (import and export) and a portfolio of beauty and wellness brands open for overseas distribution. Our focus is beauty and cosmetics.
Parallel37 is led by two Co-CEOs: Jimmy (Inhoo) Cho, an overseas market expansion strategist, and Yuri Lee, a product and brand specialist for K-beauty and lifestyle brands. Mora (Mokryeon) Cho is our Technical Advisor.
Parallel37 is based in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Distributors, importers, retailers, e-commerce sellers and agencies. We do not sell to consumers.
Depending on the brand and the deal, you contract with either the brand or Parallel37. Your price list states which, before you commit to anything.
Prices depend on volume and market, so they are shared in the price list after a short review.
We review every request ourselves and reply by email within 2 business days.
Both are set per brand and stated in that brand's price list.
Yes, on request. Tell us what you need and we will send it. Documents are supplied by the brand.
Yes. Tell us the brand or product and your market, and we reply within 2 business days.
Three things. Buyer acquisition covers targeted distributor and retail outreach, documentation packs a buyer can forward internally, meeting execution, and follow-up through to the first purchase order. Sales agency covers order handling, reorder cycles, range expansion and exhibition representation. Trade-show execution means working the floor with a target list and a follow-up plan.
For sales agency work, our pay is linked to the revenue we generate, not hours billed.
No. We track how rules move (MoCRA, CPNP, China's import inspection regime, Indonesia's halal mandate) and tell you when a timeline is at risk, but registration and filing work is outside our scope.
Yes. We are one point of contact for foreign beauty brands entering Korea and for Korean brands going out.
Three parts. A Narrative Audit finds where the brand story breaks down in the market you are entering. Identity Architecture rebuilds positioning, voice and visual system so they travel across markets. An Expansion Roadmap is a sequenced plan for the next market, with channel, timing and budget decided upfront.
Small and mid-sized (SME) beauty brands that want to turn their identity and positioning into a plan they can execute within a quarter.
Fees are scoped per project.
