Who we are

What we collect
When you request access to a brand's price list, we collect your full name, work email, company, website or LinkedIn address, country, role, the brand you selected and any message you write.
Why we collect it
To review your request, decide whether to share the price list and lookbook, reply to you, and follow up on the request. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Your consent
We collect this information only with your consent, given by ticking the box on the request form. If you do not consent, we cannot review your request. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after your request. If we start working together, we keep the information for as long as the business relationship lasts. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Who handles it
Only Parallel37 staff review requests. We use service providers to run the form and store the data: Netlify (website hosting), Airtable (request records) and Google (email and file sharing). These providers are located in or operate from the United States, so your information is transferred outside Korea and, if you are in Europe, outside your country. We may also share your request with the brand you asked about, so that it can respond to you.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) to understand how visitors use this website. They use cookies and similar technologies to record which pages you view, what you click, how far you scroll, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Microsoft Clarity also records session replays and heatmaps that show how visitors move through a page. We use this only to improve the website, not for advertising, and we do not sell it. Google and Microsoft process this data in the United States and elsewhere under their own privacy terms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to limit how we use it, or to withdraw your consent. Email contact@parallel37.kr and we will reply within 10 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
